In August and September I was hired as a student assistent to coordinate and help Brit to organize the second year student exhibition. My first task was the flyer and poster loosely based on an idea by Ella, one of the students.

Front and back of the flyer used as a poster and invitation.
The photograph of the firefly was made by Ella Keijzer.

The next major task was the building of the wall in the exhibition space.

A Spatiotemporal Disruptive Imaging workshop project

Maurice Kraanen + Alwin de Rooij
(ArtScience students, Dept. of Sonology, The Hague Conservatory)
made a 'Time Prism' in maxMSP where three individual scans (horizontally 2x + vertically) yeilded the RGB values of the image. What this meant was that if there was movement then these images would show only some of the colour values such as the edges in the image on the left.
On the right, Alwin was seated on a mery-go-round with the webcam.

The AR+RFID Lab demo

The AR + RFID Lab demo at Today's Art in The Hague
. This demo affirmed for me why I like augmented reality better than virtual, because there's still some connection with the 'world', here seen as a type of after image in the projection. The environment of round forms was designed by a painting student at the Hague.
