"Houses above water" by Jacquline Wassen

Jacqueline covered three 'holding-boxes' in the piping as an intervention in the architecture of the courtyard.

"On the downpipe, halfway from the guttering, there is a place for people to be alone. High above our heard they come to terms with their past, without sliding down towards the unknown depths. An unavoidable stopover, during which they do their best, under the circumstances, to keep their heads above water."
