Cast resin tulip forms suspended from nylon. Each tulip = 5 x 10 x 5 cm

A small cluster of orange-tinged tulips,
('Tulips from Istanbul' by Sonja van Kerkhoff)
hung in the entrance archway. Underneath these was the text:

The tulip was imported into the
Netherlands and Germany from
Turkey around the year 1600, at
about the same time as the House of
Orange
became the Royal House of
the newly formed nation of
The Netherlands.
